IO-RL mounts right to the standard 5/8″ stud of any lighting stand you already own, providing an IO Quick-Change Coupler base. This receiver accepts all Triad-Orbit hex-rod-based attachments. Just outfit the lighting gear with either brass IO-H5 Mounting Heads or aluminum IO-H6 Mounting Heads, and you can instantly swap them out. This allows you to save valuable production time, while still enjoying the full stability of the stands. What’s more, when you add other attachments, such as a dual-arm Triad-Orbit orbital boom to your stand, you can easily get more out of your stands, without giving up precious studio real estate.
